These terms cover the Tyle iPhone app and the gettyle.app website. The app is provided by Łukasz Cholewka (contact: kontakt@gettyle.app).
Licence
Your use of the app downloaded from the App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to it. Where the EULA (for example its limit on liability or its warranty disclaimer) conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, that law prevails.
What Tyle is
Tyle is a calculator. Its results are estimates based on the assumptions you enter (return, tax, inflation) and on public data. Tax rules, including those for IKE, IKZE and treasury bonds, are simplified in the app.
Tyle doesn’t give investment, tax or legal advice and isn’t a recommendation. It shows calculations and comparisons from your own entries, not what you should do. Results aren’t a guarantee: actual returns, inflation and laws may differ, and investing carries the risk of losing some or all of your money.
You make your own financial decisions, at your own responsibility. Before an important one, such as paying into an IKZE, overpaying a loan or investing, talk to an investment adviser, a tax adviser or a lawyer.
Public data
Bond offers, inflation, interest rates, payment limits and loan rates come from public sources (Poland’s Ministry of Finance, Statistics Poland, the National Bank of Poland, notices in Monitor Polski). We aim to update them quickly and accurately, but they may be late or contain errors. The source data always prevails.
Tyle Pro
Some features are part of Tyle Pro:
- a monthly or yearly subscription; the yearly one may start with 7 days free for new subscribers;
- or a one-time lifetime purchase with no end date: Pro for as long as the app is available.
Current prices are shown in the App Store and on the purchase screen in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings: Apple Account (your name) › Subscriptions.
Apple handles payments, so refunds and payment issues go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We remain responsible for the app and Tyle Pro working as described: see “Complaints” below.
To get a purchase on another device with the same Apple Account, tap “Restore purchases”.
Requirements
The app runs on iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Downloading public data needs an internet connection; the calculations work without one.
Liability
We work to keep the calculations correct, but to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for decisions made on their basis or for interruptions in public data. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Complaints
If the app or Tyle Pro doesn’t work as described (on this website, in the App Store or in the app), you can make a complaint. Send it to kontakt@gettyle.app.
Say what it is about (the app or Tyle Pro), what doesn’t work and since when, and what you’d like, for example a fix. A screenshot and your assumptions help a lot.
We’ll reply in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving it. This procedure doesn’t limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Send questions, ideas and bug reports that aren’t complaints to the same address. We answer them as soon as we can, without a guaranteed time.
Ending the service
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your phone. Your data goes with it, so export a backup first if you want to keep it. You can also erase all your data without deleting the app: Settings › Your data › “Erase all data”. Cancel a subscription in your iPhone’s Settings: Apple Account (your name) › Subscriptions; Pro stays on until the end of the paid period.
We may stop offering the app or the public data. We’ll announce it on this page at least 30 days before. The calculations in an installed app keep working without our server.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms, for example when we add features, and will publish the new version here with its effective date. Polish law applies, and as a consumer you keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
